Due to Covid-19, I make trips to the post office once a week.  Please allow up to 7 days for items to ship, with the exception of woven blankets.  Per the text of the listings, blankets may take up to 10 business days to manufacture before shipping.

If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to me immediately so we can get it repaired or replaced.  (Please provide me with photos of the piece as well as the box that it came in!)

All items are insured and come with tracking information & most are shipped USPS. Unfortunately I cannot provide any additional information to you once I have handed the package off to USPS--the tracking info that you see is exactly what I see.

I am not responsible for stolen packages.  If you would like to add USPS signature confirmation to your order ($2.65) you must add it to your cart separately.
